I sat for 20 minutes with my 6 month old baby screaming, my 4 year old toddler, 10 and 13 year old waiting for someone to come to the window just for them to come tell me they hay they wouldn’t take my $50 Bill when my total was $37… so they turned away my service because that’s all I had. Now I have very hungry disappointed children in the car who were excited to get their smoothies and pretzels and waited 20 minutes for nothing. NOT happy.

Went in for a $20 order and wouldn't even break a $50 dollar bill so we didn't even get what we wanted
Pretzl was good though it seemed like it sat under the heat lamp long. Lemonade was good. Hot dog bites were doughy and raw. Seemed rushed. Meh.

There was poison on the food! I just ordered I soft salted pretzel and pretzel Dog bites and I can genuinely say I couldn’t eat one bite. There is a strong taste of chemicals or bug spray on them. I will never be back. Called and they stated they will advise management. But there needs to be a serious recall they’re going to make someone sick.

Absolutely incredible customer service and experience. Had some issues trying to order online, so ended up calling in and William took my order and was able to resolve the issue all with the friendliest customer service I’ve had in a long time. When I arrived, William was also the one to ring me in and was again so kind and personable. I’ll definitely be recommending!

I have a soft preztle problem.... salt..cheese... my weakness. If you're getting a plain salt, original preztle Auntie Ann's is better than wetzels. Wetzels tastes more just beadish than preztlely to me personally. I also prefer AA's cheese sauce. But that's me being super picky!

My food was very burnt and seemed to have been sitting out for hour. also my frozen lemonade was not frozen! I suggest choosing a different restaurant if you intent on coming here.
