I wasn't expecting to find one of the best meals I've had in the Treasure Valley while I was sick in the middle of July, but I was craving a comforting bowl of soup and happened to stumble across this little gem. I'm so glad I did.

Stopped here on my bike ride from Ontario Canada to Seattle. Great food, great vegan option, w tofu and brown rice! On cashew sauce. Excellent!
