My food was very burnt and seemed to have been sitting out for hour. also my frozen lemonade was not frozen! I suggest choosing a different restaurant if you intent on coming here.

Not sure why the bad reviews I mean I did go at a slow hour but let me tell you these pretzels where amazing!! Best around in my opinion.

Today I came with my sister for the first time to have a little snack the employee who attended us had a very serious face it looked like if she wasn't happy about her job the pretzel for our personal like were too salty and the lemonade too sweet

I have been here several times and it has been the same experience. There are never any pretzels available. They ask you to wait 7 - 10 minutes. I am usually fine with that. But today I waited almost 30 minutes and finally went into the store to figure out what was taking so long. I ended up asking for a refund. The girl working the register was very nice. But it seems like there is a bigger management issue going on. She mentioned there has been a lot of turn over. It was her and one other employee. Seems like this location needs to get it together.

Got in line behind 2 cars to order. I ordered 2 smoothies and a pretzel dude told me was gonna be a 5 minute wait for the pretzel I said okay. Waited 20 mins in line before finally getting to the window and was told there were no pretzels made hade to wait 10 mins! Really after sitting for 20mins still none done! I asked for a refund on the pretzel they said it was returned to my debit card which I still have not received!! Place has Terrible business and needs to find a different management cause they're gaebage!!!!

horrible. all the employees just hide in the back. took about 10 minutes until someone actually came up and took our orders. they never have any pretzels ready despite being a literal pretzel joint. Pretzels are burnt and never taste good. Mediocre at best. They don’t even fill the pretzel cup up to the top so you’re paying full price for half a service. Drinks we got are not at all what was advertised. Horrible.
Perfect pretzels! It reminds me of going to the mall with my mom back in the 90s and getting one of these. Soft and hot with cheese sauce to dip it in. Perfect. The drive-thru just finished getting put in, so now it's even more convenient to consume 1,000 calories in a matter of minutes! They have a drive thru and Jamba juice inside.

Was excited about this place coming to town but each time it has been disappointing. No one ever greets you at the door or regularly check the front to look out for customers. The lady that came in after I had ordered waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come up. They are almost always out of pretzels each time I have been and takes a long time to get your order.They even had an interview going in one encounter and none of the workers who were visibly in the back would come up for sometime to help get our order.

Went to get two pretzels today, Allie was wonderful and friendly, I noticed our pretzels were very burnt when I bit into mine and they tasted horrible. I went back in and Allie had another employee help me. The other employee was incredibly rude, gave me a glaring look, didn't even look at the pretzels, she tossed them in the garbage said she'd remake them and stormed off, I didn't feel like having her remake them after that, I left without getting a pretzel or refund. Those must have been the last two pretzels that they had as the front was empty.

This is one of the most annoying businesses out there. They make a good product, but this is the second time I've been here well before they are scheduled to close, only to find they have shut down. I made an order online, but it's obviously I will not being receiving what i paid for.
