I ordered online for a pickup I did not like my burger the tomatoes were mushy the bacon was practically raw too much sauce and I got the gold fries they were limp to say the least they were not good I wasted 20 bucks never go again

boise fry always slaps. the atmosphere was lovely, very retro kind of vibe. looking forward to my next boise fry visit. staff were averagely friendly, didn;t go above and beyond but from young workers they were lovely

There is a diverse choice for burgers and many add-ons that you can choose like different types of cheese and worth. Obviously it's called The Fry company for a reason there are multiple types of fries like standard thin homestyle curly etc. then there are approximately 15 dust of some sort of salt pepper and others like garlic rosemary. And then there are probably 8 to 10 different dipping sauces such as Boise Fry sauce, Idaho fry sauce, jalapeno ranch, garlic aioli, blueberry ketchup, etc. I thought the burger was good but in no way stood out however having that much flexibility with my fries was really nice so we enjoyed this meal

We went for lunch on a Saturday. We waited 20 minutes in line just to order. We squeezed into a table and then we waited about 40 minutes to get our food. The food was not worth the wait.

My kids and I love coming here for a quick dinner. Today the staff really went above and beyond and I am so grateful. My daughter accidentally dropped her burger and fries while walking back to the table and the staff made her a new meal free of charge. I was so moved by their generosity and kindness that I teared up. We don’t eat out often due to the expense so when we do we usually eat here or a local spot we can support. We will make it a point to eat here more often. The food is always great, the staff is wonderful, and the location is so convenient. Just across from the library and shares a building with Stella’s if you want ice cream after. I recommend the bison burger and their home style fries with the garlic aioli to dip it in :)

Everything about this place is astonishly good. Best fries I've ever had, kind waiters, and really sleek and nice vibed atmosphere!
Came in for lunch for my sister birthday. Average experience ordering, not above or below an ordinary customer service interaction. Felt a little rushed but it was body language, not words. We paid and got our beverages, and as it’s sunny and 55 outside after a freezing past few cloudy/rainy days, and the lobby was pretty packed, we asked if upstairs was open yet. Politely asked, if upstairs was open yet. The gal said she doesn’t think so, and then the older guy who took our order proceeded to mock us about wanting to be outside in the 20 degree weather, in a very disrespectful way, thinking the giant opening in the wall was sound proof? This pretty much ruined the rest of the visit and left a sour impression as this is the first time giving this place a try after previous visit where we were turned away, 40 minutes before closing, because employees wanted “to get outta here early.” She was VERY pregnant at the time as well, and was turned away almost an hour before they even closed. The blonde younger gentlemen with gauges however, greeted every customer with a smile, something the sweaty cranky guy didn’t even attempt, and was excellent at customer service from what I observed while eating.

Do you want burnt fries with flies everywhere? This is the place for you. Cold food, long wait time with very few people in the restaurant. Do not recommended and will not return.
