Teach your damn employees to communicate with customers instead of having them sit in the lobby For 10 minutes without even getting acknowledged.. It’s ridiculous. To whomever this may Concern, Do your diligence and do your job to hire people that actually give a thing about their job and will treat customers right. There are tons of people out there that want and need jobs and will do it right.

01/08/26: How incompetent is the manager here that you run out of Whoppers? No wonder Burger King is going bankrupt.

Service sucks because they can't retain employees. There are new employees every time I go in. Try paying them more so you can retain some decent employees. A few times it was closed because there weren't enough people to even open the store lol.

Run by a bunch of sad looking teenagers / young adults. Rarely engaging with customers. Took 25 minutes to get 3 small items. As many other reviews say, it’ll be faster if you just go to another BK.

We placed an online order for 3 cini minis, that was supposed to be completed at 6:45. I get things get backed up, even for an establishment that wasn't even that busy. However, 50 mins later? Everytime we asked any of the staff, each of them seemed like deer in the headlights.... After almost an hr later, barely anything...I don't ask for free crap, but yeah, this would've been the time.. I swear I hate these big chains more and more..gonna focus my attention on the smaller ones.

Every time I come here I never get my order correct you owe me a medium fry I do everything I can to avoid this specific store because the workers are slow and can't properly address customers who have been standing there waiting to be helped for 20 minutes but accidentally ordered from here because I didn't pay attention to fulfilling store and of course I regretted it don't order here period they need to close this location and make it literally anything else

3 or 4 people in line. Isnt bad however a person had canceled their own order and left the store, the cashier had tried to clear the register to continue but it got stuck so she had asked the manager or shift leader < kaylie > and she had told the cashier to wait for that customer to come back even though that guy had left. Rather than clearing the register the shift lead manager person < kaylie > had said if the wait was too long she would clear it. I had said its ok i can wait a moment. 5 min go by and im still standing here with a medical hip and leg issue. I told the manager < kaylie > that i cannot wait anymore because im hurting and unable to stand there anymore. The manager << >> continued to fill frys rather than taking a moment to push a few buttons so i can sit-down. Furthermore i am walking with a cane and they did not offer to help me carry my stuff to the table nor help and being it to my table. Insult to injury the manager had went and delivered another customers meal after i had to make 3 trips to the counter to get my meal. Incredible frustrating as to why another disabled person got their meal taken to his table yet i did not. I am very insulted . Then when i went to get her name she asked me if i was there for a pick up order. While im holding my cane and had already ordered. Amazing attention to anything i say sarcastically. I also have a photo to prove who didnt help me.

Buddy and I came in after he did the survey for a free whopper, told us he had to buy a drink with it, said “ok” and bought it. Spent 20 minutes waiting before I went to the front counter asking where the burger was and the girl at the front said “you bought it?” And then turned around and handed me the burger that was sitting for 5 minutes.

Tanner was cool and the manager didn’t give a shit at all.
