Every time I come here I never get my order correct you owe me a medium fry I do everything I can to avoid this specific store because the workers are slow and can't properly address customers who have been standing there waiting to be helped for 20 minutes but accidentally ordered from here because I didn't pay attention to fulfilling store and of course I regretted it don't order here period they need to close this location and make it literally anything else

3 or 4 people in line. Isnt bad however a person had canceled their own order and left the store, the cashier had tried to clear the register to continue but it got stuck so she had asked the manager or shift leader < kaylie > and she had told the cashier to wait for that customer to come back even though that guy had left. Rather than clearing the register the shift lead manager person < kaylie > had said if the wait was too long she would clear it. I had said its ok i can wait a moment. 5 min go by and im still standing here with a medical hip and leg issue. I told the manager < kaylie > that i cannot wait anymore because im hurting and unable to stand there anymore. The manager << >> continued to fill frys rather than taking a moment to push a few buttons so i can sit-down. Furthermore i am walking with a cane and they did not offer to help me carry my stuff to the table nor help and being it to my table. Insult to injury the manager had went and delivered another customers meal after i had to make 3 trips to the counter to get my meal. Incredible frustrating as to why another disabled person got their meal taken to his table yet i did not. I am very insulted . Then when i went to get her name she asked me if i was there for a pick up order. While im holding my cane and had already ordered. Amazing attention to anything i say sarcastically. I also have a photo to prove who didnt help me.

Buddy and I came in after he did the survey for a free whopper, told us he had to buy a drink with it, said “ok” and bought it. Spent 20 minutes waiting before I went to the front counter asking where the burger was and the girl at the front said “you bought it?” And then turned around and handed me the burger that was sitting for 5 minutes.

Last time I ordered, I asked for a honey mustard chicken wrap and never got it. This time I got one with your fat mouths all over it. Also, had to tell the front employee multiple missing food items. When you experience it once, you check EVERY TIME. My kids also complained of the cold fries dished out of a container. Still had 30 min 'til closing. But thats what you get when you hear the person assumed is in charge complaining about being out at 1am. Get a diff job then or do yours more efficiently. You guys only stay in business because the next one is a much longer drive away. Terrible service EVERY TIME!!!! Done.

Ordered to dine in they gave me no napkins. There was no napkins in the dispenser no ketchup in the dispenser wouldn’t recommend it unless you bring your own. this is not the first time.

Complete dog shit, corporate is in town and yet they act just like the employees, walk around with their mouths open and don't know anything about the food service.... They walk past the front counter when there is 7 people in line.... It's always like this though, so it's not like I didn't expect it... But come on? Get your shit together, deep cleaning the fryer during lunch rush? Should have been done at night?

never in my life has my disappointment been so low. my worst days in my life unto this point cannot compete with the sadness I feel from this burger king. my soul yearns for the sweet succulent that is burger kings chicken fries. Sadly, the yearning must continue as they continue to misunderstand my order. twice now, my order has been given wrong. I truly wish the management and employees to never understand the joy of christmas cheer.

What's the purpose having a business if you're going to close at 9 pm some employee was there and she made it very clear it was close she wouldn't even help us . You guys always open late & close early you guys should go some where else so another business can come and be actually open on time and close when they're supposed too very bad service

I ordered big fish sandwich, was only fish Patty and bun, my order was dine in, but they handed me in paper bag, my fries and onion rings were mixed together bottom of bag, I told manager, he told me that they don't have enough people to clean trays and to save time we put fries at paper bags, that's what's happens when you put young people with no experience in charge
