Not bad! We have been looking for a good Mexican place since we moved here and it's been a journey! When we pulled in, the parking lot was completely full so we expected a long wait, however, This place was actually pretty great in getting us seated in a timely manner, drinks out quick and food out quick even though they were slamming busy! My husband and I LOVE this Chapala's restaurant. I typically order the enchiladas a la suiza with ground beef and my husband orders the grilled chimmies with chicken. We also order a side of their cheese sauce and beans to go along with the chips and salsa.
