I like costco food but the wait is insane. 20 minutes is way too long

Food was ordered fine and the food taste fine
But the service was terrible I asked if I could get the drinks before hand usually do no problems after I asked it seems like maybe they were annoyed not sure. Everyone the half cheese half pepperoni pizza giving away before our and the numbers were like 20 after us. The kiosk user 733 Said that the pizzas take longer and they have to measure even though it's a pepperoni and just cheese pizza? Idk. But hopefully it's easier next time.

Never disappoints. Inexpensive, efficient and delicious. We always get a chicken bake, pizza or hot dog after doing our shopping as a little treat. The ice cream is also delicious.
They started a new checkout process where you have to stand in line to pick up your order. So even if you have two smoothies you have to stand behind everyone. Kind of annoying

Poor service ! Especially from one of the employee. I get they are busy but when 25+ orders goes first and I mentioned to them and she says I’m working on it when I’m right in front of them is wrong. Just because it’s a big order they rather skip me and do the easy ones. After another employee ask if she can help which she did.

The roast beef is disgusting. I asked the food court worker if it was a mistake or made correctly, they confirmed, that ratio of mustard and Lettuce to bread and beef WAS correct. Idk how that could be, the sandwich was almost inedible. The worst sandwich I've ever paid money for, by a long shot. Everything else is great.
