My pies were so disappointing! The pumpkin pie had over an inch thick crust with just a thin topping of pumpkin. The pecan and apple were equally strange, it's like whoever made these pies never actually ate a pie before!

4 times now my wife and I have ordered items using their app. Usually when we set our pick up time and arrive at the store we are forced to wait anywhere from 20-40 minutes additional while other people who came in after us and even had their pick up times set after ours were served first. The most recent time however has been the worst. Our kids came into town for Thanksgiving so for the first time in 3 years we were all under one roof. Knowing how much planning was going to take place my wife ordered their pumpkin pies TWO WEEKS ahead of time and set the pickup time for 7:30pm the day before Thanksgiving. When we arrived we were told they didn't plan ahead and sold out of pumpkin pie. We did not receive the items we paid for and were basically told "sorry about your luck". If I could leave 0 stars I would. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money other than this joke of an establishment.

1st of all they need to sweep in front of this store. 2nd what is the purpose of pre-ordering if they can't fulfill the order correctly. I ordered 2 weeks ago and when I picked up my order they had no pumpkin pies. I don't understand that's why I pre-ordered so I could get the certain ones.
