I applied here like four weeks ago and I haven’t gotten a response from them yet. I called them the next week and they told me that they will call me back tomorrow, but they lied to me and never called me back. I called them the next week they never picked up the phone. Clearly they’re understaffed.We also ordered food from this location and the woman who was taking our order looked like she doesn’t want to work here and was in a bad mood. They need to get rid of this woman so the restaurants environment can stay more positive.So if you want to work here, then you probably have to wait a month to get a response that you got the job or didn’t.

I ordered my food, 4 chicken baskets and some ice cream, and they asked me to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. I was starting to get annoyed, as I had been sitting there for 5 minutes and in the drive through for 10 minutes. A girl with black makeup and many piercings gave me my food. She was super nice, she thanked me for my patience (instead of ignoring the fact that I’d been waiting there for a long time) and gave me coupons for free sundaes. She made up for the bad wait time, I will be coming back to get some free sundaes

Very disappointed in the service from Jess who took our order at the window today. She was very unprofessional and rude to me. I asked for 3 simple items. When I asked her to repeat my order back to me she only mentioned one of the items and not the other two. She stopped me in the middle of talking to her and said “Did I get it, yes or no?” Then she decided to stop talking to me. I then pulled up to the window and told her I didn’t hear the complete order and explained to her I just wanted to confirm my order. When I asked her to repeat my order she had an attitude and said “You want me to repeat your order again?” Upon repeating my order (which was correct) I said “Thank you”. Jess told me the price of the order, took my card then handed it back. She then turned to her co-workers and told them to handle the rest of the transaction because she didn’t want to talk to me anymore. The other co-workers did great and before driving away I asked for Jess’ name and said she has an attitude, which they nodded in confirmation. It was obvious Jess was having a bad day or something was on her mind other than work and her frustration was being taken out on my contact with her.

Had a hair in our Ice-cream shakes. Manager who helped us was completely uncaring and rude. Ended up just getting full refund. Not 1 Hartnett in place. Was hoping for fun outing with kids git bad experience instead.

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken strip basket, a burger and dessert. I waited for almost 10 minutes to get my food and I live 5 minutes away and when I got home the fries were cold as well as my burger and chicken strips. The bill was $40 and this is the quality of food I receive? This location used to be great but it needs to re-assess the quality they are producing.

edit 12/23 - Received my very last pair of large ice cream cones in the drive-thru THAT WAS PULLUD OUT OF THE FREEZER!!!!! I realize you're trying to be efficient; but I know you know it changes the texture and the flavor and still you do it. Shame.If I wanted frozen soft serve, I wouldn't need you.

The White Family

The manager at this location needs to be replaced!!! A few weeks ago I went to this location and placed an order at the drive thru where the manager was taking orders… the level of rudeness was out of this world but I let it slide cause you never know what someone may be going thru. Fast forward to my most recent transaction… I placed an order using the mobile app (thinking it would be faster and easier) and when I showed up to the restaurant there where no cars in the drive thru or the parking lot. I pulled up to the drive thru to let them know I had a mobile order, after one of the employees tells me to hold a sec another comes over the speaker and tells me I need to come inside to pick up my order. Mind you there is absolutely no one else at the restaurant. I had my disabled son in the car with me that’s why I chose to use restaurants with drive ups and did not want to leave him alone in the car. Once I got inside the employee’s told me this was a managers policy not a DQ policy. So I’m confused you want me to use the app, but you don’t want me to use the drive thru… and of course the manager was busy at that time.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 3 miles to the DQ on the Blvd. the food is better there and the manager is not on a crazy weird power trip.
