edit 12/23 - Received my very last pair of large ice cream cones in the drive-thru THAT WAS PULLUD OUT OF THE FREEZER!!!!! I realize you're trying to be efficient; but I know you know it changes the texture and the flavor and still you do it. Shame.If I wanted frozen soft serve, I wouldn't need you.
Overall I’ve never had a terrible experience here. Orders have always been correct. However, the last 3 times I’ve been in the afternoon manager Sharyn, has been terrible with her service. I had app coupons the last 3 times I’ve gone it and they don’t work. She has been nothing but rude and clearly irritated with the app coupons and it shows.
