I just ordered through Uber eats and my order was picked up and not delivered. The driver stole my food and the only reason I know this is because the next driver that tried to pick it up said it was already picked up. That driver told me it was picked up and was stolen by previous driver as he called support and found out wow... New driver said Del Taco would not remake my order which was no fault of my own. Getting 1 star reviews all around Del taco please do better. I hope that thief driver gets arrested that stole my food.

This location has gone way down since last year the food is disgusting and even more over priced been coming here for years it has gone up and down this is by far the worst I have seen it they have mostly new crew can’t believe out of all the staff that went thru there the drug addict chick still works there it depends on the day how she gonna treat you some of these new people are ok I haven’t seen that bigger chick with the tattoos she was amazing they have had significant price increases and tried to revamp their menu but took away the good stuff I cant see my family and I going back any time soon

This restaurant gets more depressing each visit. The prices go up and up and up for not even middle of the road food. I can literally go next door to a Mexican sit-down restaurant and pay almost the same. The service is slow; to the point of I've pulled out of line to go next door and saw the car that was in front of me being served as my food was delivered. Every time I go I wonder why I did. It is the memory of what it was. It was never amazing, but it was pretty good. It isn't that anymore.

Absolutely the worst del taco in idaho. Horrible service by the manager David. He would talk over you before you even say your order. To where he got the whole order wrong cuz he couldn't even listen for 2 seconds. Then he wanted to come and yell at me before I even said anything. And then wanted to take a picture of my license plate like he gonna call the cops. Go ahead. Call them. Just absolutely rude.
If you want to wait a long (long) time for food that is cold and not made properly, this is the spot. The cashier was nice, I hope they can find a better place to work. They looked miserable.

I love this del taco. At first we mistake that there were no burritos on the box. I called and talked to Norma. She was prompt and understanding and let me know that there was a tray holding the tacos! I could barley see the seam! Lol Norma was understanding and very nice. Great Customer Service and Great food! My go to when I want something quick and fresh! Definitely recommended!

Since changing to open 24/7 the Midnight Crew Guys are absolutely AWESOME 😎 They are very Polite & Considerate of Others. I Genuinely Believe that they really mean it when they tell me "Be Safe Out There Driving" It's Nice to see & be treated with respect and not with Attitude every time you go through the drive through. GREAT JOB Hiring the Night Shift !!! Recommend 100%

First time at Del Taco cuz it was close and didn't want to drive across town to Los Betos what a huge mistake! Ordered 2 fish tacos only got 1 so small it's toddler sized. Guac and chips sucked Guac might as well just eat a lemon that's the only flavor it had, chips stale. Also got the cheesecake bits those where good and 1 was bigger than the taco. Will never waist my money or time going there again
