The last time I was in the store and spent $70 the cook put 13 pieces of sliced Chicken on top of all of my rice, I paid for a full size chicken bowl.
I called them after the fact and they were more than willing to recook the order.
I've always been worried about making a call on my food, and that is because I worry about individuals doing weird stuff to the stuff I'm eating.
On an entirely different note, today I went back after everything had been settled in Fair.
I ordered three teriyaki chicken bowls and the girl behind the counter gave me two teriyaki sauces, I returned to the store and asked her for one additional sauce for the third person, call me she explained to me that they don't do that anymore.
If I am being completely honest, this place was ran a hell of a lot better when it was ran by the Asian ethnicity.
I will not be eating at this restaurant again.

The Boba here SUCKS! There’s about as much flavor as plain rice. My guess is that the employees are required to fill up the cup with as much ice as they can.

I've been eating HT at various locations with the one on Ten Mile and Franklin being my favorite. I recently ordered $70 worth of food at the nampa location and the had the nerve to charge me for sauce packets! I've never been asked to pay for sauce packets at any of the locations. They will always give you a few packets free, but not this location. I spend $70 and they can't spare a couple of sauce packets.???Last time I ever go to this location, EVER!!Oh don't forget the tip just for ri ginger up the order! WHAT A JOKE!
