Friendly employees, and they're producing a good product. I had a Sawmill Specialty pizza. I t was good. They've got a good sauce on their pizza, and quality ingredients on top of that.

My first choice for pizza & salad bar

I spend $93 for 4 people and the service sucked. Oh and apparently they only put out 1 tube of eggs a day at the salad bar. They were out of eggs thete. When my wife asked for some they say No they only fill the eggs once a day. I feel they should discount accordingly then.

The pizza is good, but the people inside were treating me badly and insultingly. The girl at the cashier was helpful, but when I sat down and called one of the waitresses, she looked at me and didn't come to help. After ten minutes, the same thing happened. When she brought me the pizza, she didn't interact with me and didn't respond to my request. Before I left, I called her to bring me something, but she didn't even answer me. So, the restaurant seems very good and clean, but the waitresses' treatment was very bad

The personal pizzas are bland. Order food to go, ask for salt and pepper...
I was directed to go find an empty table, open my box and do it myself. WHAT?!
I said to gal "They don't have any in the kitchen?" No, it's on the table. I shared my opinion that every kitchen should have salt and pepper in it, then she argued with me... WHAT?!
In the end they did add it for me.
Hadn't been back because of this.
I went in today. Ordered. Said I would appreciate it if I could get SnP on it, the gal nodded kept tapping the screen.
Assumed all was good, until I asked about it.
No, you have to put it on yourself.
Why wasn't I told this? Not happy at this point, imagine if I hadn't asked and found it not as I ORDERED.
The response should have been, "We'll make it happen."
Give me a good reason why this is even an issue. Walk 20 ft. and tell the cooks if you have.
I won't be back. 10 years ago the food was better at IPC, now? Nah.
BTW, aside from this, the staff is friendly, but these two experiences, I'll go elsewhere.

For the second time in 2 months there was ZERO ice in both machines. The beer was warm. Salad bar was picked over and the pizza was tepid. Understand it was a busy Saturday evening but shouldn't have been that bad.

My sandwich was missing ingredients. I had it delivered at the hotel so I couldn't just take it back, so I paid full price for a disappointment.

It's a good pizza and the salad bar offers a lot. The service really doesn't come into play other than they bring the pizza to you and that's it.

It was buffet time and there were never dessert pizza in the buffet, and the salad bar was a wreck... there wasn't even lettuce. I think lettuce is an essential to salad creation but maybe this is some newfangled hipster salad idea. Not sure. The cottage cheese has unidentified items in it. The only dessert pizza we saw was from another customer that had to purchase one out of desperation

The pizza was great! The gluten-free crust was tasty and crispy. The only downside is that there were dirty tables all around. Can't blame the staff, though. They were running their butts off.
