Awful! Waited in line for over 15 minutes with two cars in front of me, then when I got to the window, some guy( didn’t have a name tag) said, “ your order was lost in translation” as he was smiling. So I had to submit my order a second time. When final getting my food he handed me a shake I had not ordered so I told him again what it was and then they couldn’t remember the straws or cheese sauce. I don’t know what crew was on shift Saturday the 13th at 3:30 but they’re terrible.

This Nampa location only is constantly getting my orders wrong and repeating my orders over and over again when I am at the window from the drive thru. This is an occurrence every time and leads to me being in their drive thru for almost 30 minutes. I love Jamba Juice but lack of professionalism and empathy when they do mess up your order. Then when the employee who messes up your order slams the window shut and won’t come back to the window shows you employees just don’t care. It’s very sad to see Jamba Juice going down this path of being known for very horrible customer service.

If your in a hurry to get to work or on lunch. You'll spend 30 mins in the drive through and your the only one in line. Just a warning foods good. They just take forever.

I sat for 20 minutes with my 6 month old baby screaming, my 4 year old toddler, 10 and 13 year old waiting for someone to come to the window just for them to come tell me they hay they wouldn’t take my $50 Bill when my total was $37… so they turned away my service because that’s all I had. Now I have very hungry disappointed children in the car who were excited to get their smoothies and pretzels and waited 20 minutes for nothing. NOT happy.

Just went threw the drive threw had to wait like 15-20 minutes our pepperoni bites were burnt, and we ordered a small white gummy large strawberry surf rider add banana a large caribbean passion we were handed 3 of the same drinks and have no clue what they are and there isn’t banana 😂 when we brought it up to the girl she looked at us as if we were dumb and went to some other girl who handed us a coupon for 1 free small smoothie… like what did you not listen to us at all while we were ordering, next time we will make the drive across town to Roxberry instead

Ordered thru DoorDash 2 smoothies and they were absolutely disgusting. One was brown. It wouldn’t give me a refund but super disappointed with the quality. The pretzel bites were good but I was given all honey mustard sauce which I did not order.
