went through the drive through tonight to pick up dinner. when we got home and unwrapped the 8 piece meal we were very disappointed. the pieces of chicken were small and all of them very dried out. the flavor was off, it tasted very old like we were given last weeks chicken.. the sides were all good but if I am paying $30 for an 8 piece meal I expect it at least to be fresh. I will not be back.
Was given a piece of bone from a drumstick as one of those four expensive pieces. The shift manager, Jasmeen Ortiz did not resolve the issue. Poor management will kill this business. Guaranteed!
Went through today and ordered a meal, when they asked me to pull out front cause they were waiting on fries. I said no one is behind, I will wait here. The girl shut the window as she said, she is not going to do it. About 5 seconds later, and tall kid comes to the window, throws a bag at me in the car, which has 5 fries in the fry bag and my burger, no napkins no nothing. I then drove out in front and called the manager, that got no where. I have been in the food business...read full review
