So, I'm sorry to report that while I still love the food, I feel like service has been exceptionally slow and often poor lately. I understand that it is difficult to find service workers right now but 35 minutes for 2 burgers is just too long and the order was completely wrong. I just didn't want to wait anymore. Furthermore, watching managers ignore and yell at new hires was painful.

The root beer float was nasty. It was icy ice cream with Lukewarm root beer. The ratio of liquid to ice cream was off, with so much root beer. We ended up tossing it out. The cheese curds were very good though.
