I went through the drive through and ordered 2 pieces of chicken with fries and everything was cold. The oddity of them handing out cold food makes me really mad. Then I tried calling and No one answered the phone when I tried calling to complain. The sad thing is that they weren’t busy but talking when I stopped by. They aren’t a very busy place either. I guess I’m going to have to stop going to the Nampa KFC

I'd love to rate you with a minus rating but that's not on this survey We ordered via the app. Went in when it said it was ready at the Maine Ave E. Store in Nampa.. they had no record of the order. Told us to come back that they were still working on orders. We came back. The manager said he has nothing to do with the app. Orders. No record of it either the 2nd time or the 3rd time. He told us to call corporate. We called customer service who saw the order at the correct location but couldn't push the order thru again. Said she'd refund the order That's all she could do. Had great difficulty understanding her language Really REALLY BAD experience. Pretty disgusted. Last time we did an app order at this store Six customers got their order wrong as well as ours Big mistake on our part using your APP again. It's got BIG PROBLEMS. So does the store

I ordered online with a 15 minute eta. When I arrived, I was told they just ran out of extra crispy dark meat. I could wait 15 minutes or take the original white meat. I didn’t have time to wait. Major disappointment. The meat was dry and almost every piece had broken bones. Probably not going back to this location.
