The pizza was so mushy. So soggy and nasty. I went back in to trade it and they were upset cuz I had already touched it. Then didn't want to trade that one out cuz it wasn't any better then gave me attitude when I asked for napkins

Got a little ceasers pizza two days ago and the pizza dough was way way to undercooked but atleast the people that work there are polite

The pizza dough is inconsistent! Not always proofed properly or the yeast is killed! This hasn't always been the case.

This is not the first time this location has forgotten part of our order. Of course the only recourse is to spend gas and time going back to get the missing item. Does no harm to the store if you don't get an item you paid for. Shame on us that we haven't learned to check everything before leaving by now.
Ironically, my husband accidentally put his order in at the wrong location a little farther down the road. That location has never forgotten, missed, messed up, or delayed our order. And there has always been someone at the front counter ready to assist. It's worth the extra couple miles to patronize the 11th Ave location honestly.

I’ve been a regular at this Little Caesars location for over a year, but my recent experience left a lot to be desired. While the food itself was fine, the customer service was minimal. It appeared to be a training day, which I understand, but as I approached the counter, both the trainee and trainer walked to the back, leaving me standing alone with no acknowledgment.
While waiting, I noticed a vandalized customer promise poster on the wall, which was unsettling. The poster had the word “not” scrawled over key parts, so it read like they were promising not to deliver what customers want. It made me wonder if the customer service and even the quality standards might be lacking here.
On previous visits, I’ve occasionally received pizzas that seemed undercooked, almost like raw dough. There have even been instances where I ordered a “pizza cup” product (4-count pizza cups) only to find it cold or partially frozen in the center. This left me feeling like these items weren’t always freshly prepared.
As a Navy veteran who values professionalism and respect, this experience left me disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve service and attention to quality at this location.

This is our go to pizza place for an easy dinner. Tonight on 11/3, got a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The pizza had barely any sauce and the cheese was burnt. Crazy bread was decent but pizza was not. Had to order dominoes to get us by ?
the employee that took our order at the store stole my black ops 6 code and when i called the store to see if theres anything that can be done i essentially got told that there was nothing that can be done and judging by how i was asked nothing about the employee who literally stole something there is going to be zero repercussions for his actions honestly just wanted to buy the pizza for that code

Ordered delivery a stuffed deep deep dish pizza with half olives and half sausage. Ordered chicken wings and Italian cheesy bread. Butter garlic dip 20 oz Pepsi and 20 oz diet Pepsi. What did I get delivered chicken wings cheesy bread no sodas no butter garlic and no stuffed crust. Plus olives and sausage across the pizza driver went back to get soda and sauce did not know about the pizza yet. He came back with a 2 liter of regular Pepsi no diet and no sauce. I am diabetic I cannot drink regular soda. I am disgusted and will not be ordering there again.

Called 4 times, am new to the area and want to make sure I have the right location. I was hung up on one of the times and had my husband call them as well. If your tactic is not answering the phones on purpose you should shut down. I have known people to do that at pizza hut. Thanks my family was hungry.

Tried calling multiple times with no answer, after seeing the other reviews I see why, if you guys can't hire anyone to answer the phones at least you should probably close shop as a place that serves food
