Honestly, I drove from Kuna to get pizza and expected a decent experience minimum. The cashier Lorenzo, I believe his name is, looks like he is lost half the time. I was told 15 minutes and ended up being 20 minutes although the cashier looked at me like he was confused why I had came back at the expected time of service. Not only that but the same cashier could be audibly heard throughout the entire business yelling in the back whether it be jokingly or not at some "manager" named Jesse then proceeded to tell a customer he liked to yell at him/her just for fun. Very unprofessional, I agree with other reviews. Hire at least one mature adult to keep everyone else in line. Having a fun environment is nice and all but so is seeing professionalism.

So me and my now fiance got engaged today. It was wonderful. We decided to go off with a bang at Little Caesars. (It was her call and I was all for it.) She's pretty hot btws.So we go in there and for some reason the customers have mad beef with each other. Like an old lady and a lady were upset over a parking spot and the old lady told her to shut up. But that was only the tip of the ice berg.Then this dude came in at like 9:15 so they don't make specialty pizzas anymore and the guy wanted wings. So then the dude got really upset with the poor dude at the register who took it like a freaking champ. Like Mohamad Ali. He wouldn't go down. No reaction. Absolutely legendary. I think his new nickname should be Stoneface Jackson or something. Masterpiece of a human being. I'm your new biggest fan btws.And then we got the pizza we ordered before nine and it was perfect. A serendipitous pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni. The perfect way to top off our engagement day. It didn't disappoint. 10/10. And even better service.

I always love a pizza pizza. The pizza always tastes the same, and I like knowing what I'm getting. This location just has bad service. The people must hate their jobs. I was there at 10:00 pm on a Friday, which is an hour before they closed. The waiting area was packed and everyone looked unhappy waiting. I was there for probably 5 minutes before a guy came from the back to see what I needed...he DEFINITELY hates working there! Pizza good, employees I've had help me bad. If you don't mind having really unhappy people help you, stop in.

A bunch of young gentleman, by the look of it some employees and maybe some off shift, were in and out of the back and outside while the place was packed with people waiting to be helped. When they finally did come up, one of the guys gave his friend who was waiting in the lobby free food and then disappeared in the kitchen while more people walked in. It wasn’t until someone came up front and started called for orders that he realized nothing was made and he had to start calling pizzas back. While waiting to be helped in the long line, a woman claimed she had waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and breadsticks and that another guy had waited longer and needed to be helped after her.Poor service by the young gentleman in the back especially with customers watching while they chatted with their friends. I’m all for a good work environment, and I’m also a young person, but seriously disappointing.

Told it would be done in 15-20 mins we showed up in 30 mins and was told it was almost finished. 25 mins later I asked how much longer and they realized they wrote the wrong name so my food had been sitting there the whole time. Crazy bread was pretty stale when we got home.
