Not sure what's happening with this place and Panera in general. It's like they never got their groove back after Covid. Remember those early commercials featuring fresh, organic, delicious ingredients. I and my friends would meet there. Enjoy something tasty for lunch, and always purchase some freshly baked bread for the week before we left. Not anymore. I'm happy to pay a little extra for fresh, consistent quality, but not for a mess on a plate, never knowing what it's going to taste like each time and lack of pride in what's being served.

I’m horribly sick and ordered some soup, they gave me the wrong order and then wouldn’t pick up the phone for me or my boyfriend when trying to fix their error. We’ve been calling for 20 min. Don’t understand whaat the issue is, it wasn’t busy at all.

I get the unlimited sip club drinks and it is great that I can just order it and go through the drive through. The food is pretty expensive and I didn't like the sandwich I ordered

The service was terrible here! Every time I come they forget something or mess up my order completely. Today they forgot my baguettes which they charged me extra for so I had to go back, then they gave me Mac and cheese instead of soup. I called them and they offered me a free pick two which I was thankful for considering I was already home and had to drive back. When I got to the store they said i couldn’t get the free pick two because I came back the same day? That makes no sense considering I still had to drive back. Overall not good service very disappointed considering I come here often and will probably never come back to this one.
I like the broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Caesar salad, but if you don't eat the salad until later the croutons will get soggy it would be nice if they came in a package.

Great atmosphere and menu makes it a top choice on a winter day, especially when you travel as much as I do. I ordered the half soup half sandwich combo. Highly recommended! Roger, the dining room attendant, adds a warm touch to the experience with his welcoming greeting. I’ll be back!!
