Got iced coffee in the driveway thru instead of iced tea. I got all the way home b4 discovery. Went back thru drive thru. Got an apology and a replacement. This is the third time in various Panera s I've gotten iced coffee instead of iced tea. However I DID get a complimentary cookie
Got the capreesi chicken sand with onion soup. Tasted great however the chicken was very thin. Otherwise, service was perfect and friendly.
