“I placed a catering order with Chick-fil-A Nampa last week and could not be more impressed with how it all went. Within minutes of placing my order someone called to verify allergies and reassure me that the food would be handled so there was no cross contamination. When I arrived to pick up my catering order it was hot and fresh and packed perfectly per our many requests. The staff truly went the extra mile and did a fantastic job. There was even a hand written thank you note inside the bag. I will definitely be using their catering services again.“

“Delish hot food a bit on the high price but well presented and a wonderful cashier helping us. Nice and lite option for lunch. Not so much room for in dining but there is al fresco if you brave the cold or wait untill favorable weather. Overall enjoyed it“

“The food was very good. Maybe slightly overcooked but it was far from unbearable.
Kitchen seemed understaffed but maybe by 1 or 2 people. So the line moved a little slow.
No problems otherwise. Blaze is a great place to go for our family due to allergies and their amounts in pizzas (topping) has increased so it is great“

“Got iced coffee in the driveway thru instead of iced tea. I got all the way home b4 discovery. Went back thru drive thru. Got an apology and a replacement. This is the third time in various Panera s I've gotten iced coffee instead of iced tea. However I DID get a complimentary cookie“

“Julie was awesome! She was so kind and helpful. We asked about the difference between the cauliflower crust and the original crust, and she took the time to explain everything to us.
She also surprised us with a free dessert. Woohoo!! 🤣 Such a sweet gesture. Great customer service and such a positive attitude. Thank you, Julie, for making our visit so enjoyable!“

“Nora is such a lovely human! She literally just took our order and was making out friend and I feel so welcomed. She got our order perfect and made sure we got all the sauces we needed. She complimented us and made our day fantastic. She’s gorgeous on top of all of that and has an amazing smile!! We love you Nora and hope you have such a fun life!💗“

“Haven't gone here in years. But will say the food and service was always wonderful. And today, had Brittany M. And absolutely adore her! We originally were going to Texas Roadhouse & was so sad how busy & backed up it was, especially on a Friday, is to be expected though. So we came here. The service, food and atmosphere cheered me up!! Brittany was so kind, quick and shows how much of a great master at multitasking!! Thank you for serving us! You are one hard worker! We hope to see you again!! 💜💜💜🥰 The steak was absolutely perfect too!!“
