While we love noodles and company's food, this particular location let us down. We ordered on site and waited 45 mins, watching several others get pick up orders. I finally went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and the girl told me she was waiting on a side of broccoli. I wish that had been communicated so I could've chosen something else that didn't take 45 minutes to cook. I honestly think they forgot about us and the broccoli was an excuse.
This place is great for a quick bite to eat. Our noodles were hot and creamy, and the flavor was as good as usual.
Service was fast, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great today. Special shoutout to Kayla for bringing such positive energy and a genuine smile even from the kitchen! It’s always refreshing to see someone who helps make the experience even better. Keep up the awesome work!
