“Good pizza, Good service.

This was my first time trying this place. We usually just order dominos but a coupon came in the mail and we decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed. The crust is toasted and puffy and they didn’t go light on the toppings.

All in all a solid pizza, and we’ll likely make West Side one of our regulars.“

“This place has some amazing pizza. What great flavors they have. The service was fine, but they messed our order up twice and ended up giving our whole party free frozen yogurt. The pizza was really good. We had the Woody in a half bonfire. It was really good, and I loved it but still I wished I had gotten what my sister got. She has a 12 in artisan pipeline. It was even better than the woody. The fresh tomatoes, the artichokes and the creamy ranch sauce. Oh man it was so good. This is a big recommend.“

“Idaho Pizza has always been my favorite. The food is great and the staff are always kind and courteous. I recently had an issue that needed to be addressed with management. I contacted Thadeous who listened to my complaint and was very professional and swiftly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend Idaho Pizza!“

“My husband and I met here for our first date, and we were able to grab pizza and beer on our wedding day 3 years later. I was told we are not the first married couple to meet each other at this colorful booth in the corner. It's good luck!! “I don't know what people are complaining about. I think Papa Murphy's is great. I enjoy the idea of take and bake pizza. I think that the toppings are good quality and the portions are big for a fair price. It's not like if Subway were to try and get into the pizza business with the take and bake pizza with yoga mat, laced pizza crust, and chopped and Frozen toppings that have to be shipped across the United States before they make it into your local branch before you can choose to have them put on to your Subway pizza. If Subway made a pizza, would it be a footlong Pizza? If they made a footlong pizza, would that be gimmick infringement from Pizza Hut? Does anybody remember the Bigfoot Pizza? Anyways, Papa Murphy's is good.“

“Delicious, Stacked Subs & Friendly Service!
I stopped by a few minutes before closing and was warmly greeted by the owner super friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Spicy Italian and a kids meal, and both were loaded with fresh ingredients. My daughter even mentioned how stacked her sub was!

The wait was around 10–15 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. If I had one small note, it would be to add a bit more sub sauce to balance out the generous fillings. The bread was perfectly toasted not too crusty, just the perfect everso slightly crisp.

Overall, great experience, great food I’ll definitely be back. Well done!“

“If you want authentic Italian food straight from Italy then this is the place to go to! Original recipes from Sicily, Fresh ingredients. All of their menu items, their original garlic bread which is served like a “Pizza!” ANNND their Amazing salad dressing!!! It’s a must place to experience!!! 😃“

“My family of four went to Smokey Mountain late Sunday night for dinner. Our waiter was the absolute best!! My husband and kids all had personal pizzas. My daughter’s plate was very hot and with her being so young he was worried about her burning her hands so he went back and got a cooler plate for her to use. He also noted that the bread that came with my fettuccine wasn’t as fresh so he brought me fresh out of the oven bread. He kept up on all our drinks and when it was time for us to pay he brought our ticket and mentioned that because it was Sunday, kids eat free. We had no idea!! Then he brought graham crackers baggies for our kids to enjoy on the way home. He was seriously the best waiter we’ve had in a long time and we made sure he got the best tip for how much effort he put into serving our table. I wish I could mention his name but I forgot to ask. When my husband asked if they had sweet tea to drink he said unfortunately no and how much he wished they did because he was from the south. The food was great but what really highlighted our experience was our amazing waiter!!“

“My wife and I purchase pizza from here often. We love the convience of the drive through. One time we ordered pizza with some cheese bread. They didn't give us the cheese bread and didn't realize we didn't recieve it until we got home 20 minutes away. Instead of driving back for $5 product we called to ask to refund us the money. We were disappointed because they said they didn't have a manager onsite and only a manager could do the refund. We were told to come back another day. We live busy lives and forgot about it. We ordered food a month or so later. When I came to pick it up, I spoke to Sophie explaining what happened. Without a question, she gave us the cheese bread we paid for without any issues. I appreciate a company that writes their wrongs and the wonderful customer service from Sophie!

“Their focaccia bread is to die for!! Soooo flavorful. I always get it with their oil & herb dip. I’m obsessed!! And then don’t even get me started on their chicken Alfredo…. It’s just the best. The chicken is so flavorful and it’s cooked perfectly. I wish I could just eat here every single day of my life. Best Italian restaurant we have in the state.“

“Listen, never had a bad experience, but this last one was one I needed mention. This young man came to my door and looked very scared. Explained somethings that happen to my order with NO excuse and I absolutely need to say he needs a raise or a "atta boy", to face a heavily tattooed man with pride in his company like that, shows the quality in the service... plus the the pizza was great!!“
