Saw the commercial for the pizza melt. Looked good so we ordered a couple.
HORRIBLE. It was like eating the pizza that was stuck on the box. Crust was hard and very little filling. Never again. Do yourself a favor and order a pizza and have them cut it in large pieces. Fold it over then enjoy.
Haven’t been able to reach them over the phone… placed an order to be picked up and it was supposed to be ready to pick up 1.5 hrs ago… Now they won’t answer the phone. Very disappointed in this location and the lack of professionalism throughout the management team.
A friend got some pizza there and when she opened the box , someone had written a Rude remark with obscene words on the inside cover of it with permanent marker. She called the Manager and she was told, it wasn't there when I put the pizza in the box. I don't believe you. Can you bring the box back in? Really????? Don't go there?!!! Ride remarks to patomg vistomera today, whose to know if poison in it tomorrow????? What happened to good customer service and accountability?????
