I ordered 2 medium pan specialty pizzas and 16 boneless wings for carry out. I live 5 mins away from this store and went straight home after picking up. Pizzas were cold and soggy. I wanted to love pizza hut again but food and service is not what it used to be unfortunately.

The driver, Jenny had a difficult time finding our place and called us, but we were unable to answer the phone at the moment so when I called her back, she was already at the store, and she was frustrated with trying to find the place but came back out and found us. The poor girl was in tears feeling very badly that it had taken so long. She was very sweet and it was nice to see that she was worried about the customers being satisfied. HEY PIZZA HUT Jenny needs a raise!! It’s nice to see someone that not only cares about their job and about their customers as well. This five star review is for Jenny:)

I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning from this place. In terms of fast food I used to love Pizza Hut, can’t even look at the box without running to the bathroom now. Hopefully everyone else gets good pizza, this place ruined my favorite food for me. I can go my whole life without pizza now. Got to my house really quick though, so I guess that’s a plus.

My By the assistant This guy was an absolute legend he was bouncing from phone to phone taken care of two registers at once, basically keeping the store of floats, which also means that they probably don’t have as much staff as they should! Props to this location I left a $15 tip.

Ordered a thin crust peperoni and meat lovers melt with the 7 dollars deal.... went to pick it up and the pizza was old and basically entirely cardboard, left some feedback and they decided to email me a ten dollar credit on my account, great! Placed order online and picked the pay in store option only to be told it cant be used online, they have no way of voiding that transaction, so I asked I I could just place the order over the phone now and start a new order. I was then told to try calling in next time to use the credit and that they would not start a new order for me on the phone and that I cannot use the credit the negative experience i had. They flat out refused to fix the situation and refused me service. So essentially they gave me a ten dollar credit and told me I cant use it. Manager was there but refused to deal with the situation. I m torn between its complete incompetency or lack of caring. Either way wont be ordering from pizza hut anymore. Too many good pizza places to waste my time with people who are this incompetent.
Very disappointed!! Did not see any price for their food anywhere. Pizza was warm, not hot and tasted old and burnt! It was way over priced 16.99 for 1 medium pepperoni with extra cheese they claimed was large after a veteran discount.We have had pizza from this location before and it was tasty and hot. This time however it was terrible. Pizza Hut advertised $ 7.00 on T.V..... Where?

I ordered @5:00pm for delivery they told me it was a 35 to 40 minute wait ICalled them 15 minutes after the 40 minutes they gave me the excuse that the driver was new that he was on his way call back in 15 more minutes If he doesn’t show so I did 6:30 came around I called they transferred me to the manager his excuse was the same as I was talking to him pizza showed up cold very bad service

Pizza hut employees for the 8th time steal the door dasher orders if they have a high til on then. They should be fired and held accountable for this. The manager also does not wash his hands and has a beard that leaves hair in pizza. They have been reported multiple times but managers disregards anyone's concerns.very sad that they steal orders and only care about themselves
