I ordered 2 medium pan specialty pizzas and 16 boneless wings for carry out. I live 5 mins away from this store and went straight home after picking up. Pizzas were cold and soggy. I wanted to love pizza hut again but food and service is not what it used to be unfortunately.
The driver, Jenny had a difficult time finding our place and called us, but we were unable to answer the phone at the moment so when I called her back, she was already at the store, and she was frustrated with trying to find the place but came back out and found us. The poor girl was in tears feeling very badly that it had taken so long. She was very sweet and it was nice to see that she was worried about the customers being satisfied.
