Always loved Cold Stone! Fantastic ice cream (hands down the best in the treasure valley!) and usually fantastic customer service... until yesterday! Had a gift card and went in with some friends. They don't clean the scoops/mixers. I have a nut allergy, and even though I didn't order anything with nuts, I am having a reaction. Thankfully my allergy isn't serious, but I have friends who would die from things like this. This is so sad to see because I normally absolutely love this ice-cream.

I went into the store on January 12th to get a birthday cake for my son and granddaughter. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name who had helped me. He was absolutely amazing! His customer service skills were stellar. I left extremely happy with my cake and he did a fantastic job writing the names on the cake for me.
