I am an over the road driver and I visit the Boise area weekly. I always stop at this Sonic drive-in, because the are the best. Friendly employees, fast on their service and I will continue to make this my routine stop and recommend it to others, just because it is so enjoyable. I ordered tatertots, a hotdog, a cherry lime ade, abd a grilled cheese. I got 3 burritos, 5 hamburgers a cherry lime ade, no sauces.I ordered this on a *sunday night* There is No rush. Absolutely Everything but the drink was wrong. Do NOT go to this location. They either don't care or are too high to even be able to tell a hotdog in no way looks like two breakfast burritos.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered 2 simple strawberry shakes on Uber eats. Took over and hour to receive a order which wasn't even what I ordered and I'm a simple 10 minute drive from there if not less. Will never order from them again. First time eating breakfast/brunch at Sonic. I had the brioche breakfast sandwich with sausage and tots with Hi C fruit punch. All in all not a bad sandwich. Will order again.

Worst customer service in the city. I have attempted to eat here twice now. The first time, they kept canceling the red button without taking an order. I left after 15 minutes. 10 minutes longer than most people would have waited to order. The 2nd, they brought me the wrong food. I literally ordered 1 item, and they got it wrong, and then argued with me about it. Lesson learned. Eat anywhere else.

Decided to try it again. Pulled up to carside. Everything went well during order process. Sat for 20mins and multiple cars coming and going. Pressed the button and asked about my food, someone brought it out. Apparently got moved aside and forgotten as it was lukewarm. 3rd attempt at this location and never without issues.

Found a sharp white plastic in my drink. Went thru the straw when I took my first drink. Contacted the manager/supervisor in charge acted as the whole situation was perfectly normal , “they’ll just refund me “ they are just lucky that wasn’t my 5 years old drink..( couldn’t refund me because my $13 order was to large the amount to refund)
