Went to get some shakes after a concert. We were still backed up at the speaker and an employee came out and grabbed our payment, then brought us our treats so we could be on our way. Don't see this very often and it was appreciated.
Lately I am always having an issue whether they forgot an item or forgot me totally!
Stopped by Sonic and had a great experience thanks to Tessa. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from Tessa. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you Tessa!
