“I love the employees here, they’re always super welcoming, nice, and seem like they’re all good friends. They also leave little notes on the cup which is that extra personal touch that makes you feel special 🥰 The only downside of this Starbucks is the lighting flickers in some spots and the seats seem high compared to the table so if you’re trying to study prepare to be bending over a lot.“

“I had such great service from Alex who was working at the drive thru window today. I ordered my drinks wrong & because of that Im sure it threw things off for Alex, the baristas and the others waiting in line. I felt awful and I so appreciated the way it was handled. Thank you Alex !“
“Everyone is always nice when I stop by! The guys in the drive up always greet me with a smile. Maddie is absolutely amazing. She greets me by name in the drive thru and lobby, and remembers my favorite drink. When the app wouldn’t let me order my favorite, she remembered and made my drink anyway. It made me smile all day 😁.“
“Whoever was helping me yesterday thank you so much!! Above and beyond customer service, I did my mobile order at the wrong place, she realized it first and was so kind about it and they quickly made my drinks, love kindness and amazing customer service (and delicious drinks ;) )“
