Starbucks Coffee Company has a great location. The baristas are super nice and provide great customer service. They make drinks perfectly and the store is clean and welcoming. Some customers appreciate the kindness and amazing customer service. However, one customer was surprised to be asked for a tip when paying with the Starbucks app. The drive thru can be busy, but inside service can also be slow, taking at least 15 minutes to get a coffee. Despite this, the store is a go-to spot for many, with customers loving the brew-tiful night and delicious drinks. The service is above and beyond, with baristas going out of their way to help customers, even when mobile orders are made at the wrong place.
