They forgot the cookie crumble on my chocolate hazelnut cookie cold brew BUT they were super professional. So professional that they wrote "hawt stuff" on my boyfriends drink. 10/10 for professionalism and you get a nice compliment to start the day off right 😉

I never thought I'd ever go into a Starbucks. I thought it was overpriced, which it is. But I needed a place that would let me write on my laptop without kicking me out. At first I didn't know what to order since I'm not a coffee drinker, but I found fappes are good. It's now my go to order and some of the staff know me by name, which I thank them for. I was able to complete my first novel and now I'm working on my second and will continue to go to this store because the staff is friendly. Early mornings when they first open are the best times since it does get very busy later. Food is ok but really overpriced. I'd bring in Wendy's if I could. Overall I appreciate the hard work the employees do and how they engage with customers.

Order a grande coffee and it wasnt full to the top?!? I mean not even close, that's just wrong on a so many levels
In response to owners response, I had already driven away and gotten to my destination when I discovered the not full drink. Having to drive back to fix something that shouldn't of happen isnt what anyone wants to do

I’m updating this review to five starts to reflect this store specifically. They deserve it even though the company doesn’t. It’s not fair to punish the employees when they’re not at fault. I’ll make these comments on their corporate site as the owner suggests in the response. My original review remains below.
The employees were great, the store is clean, it's just the product that's suffering. In all my recent visits (at every Starbucks location) they've grossly underfilled my hot drink, to the point it was the same or less volume than the next smallest size. I know Starbucks makes excuses for this but they didn't used to do it, and certainly not to this degree. It's clearly cost cutting on an already overpriced product. Price gouging, mediocre coffee, and too little of it in the cup. It's become pretty bad. The only time I visit Starbucks anymore is if someone else buys it for me.
