The service is a bit slow. Make sure if you order online you have at least 20-30 minutes to waste. Go to Jimmy John's.

I ordered the outlaw with olives and less sauce (added some Doritos on top). It had a very good flavor, but the sauce is a little spicy with a strong smoke flavor. I was glad I went light as it was well balanced. The guys at the counter were super friendly and the place was pleasantly clean for a fast food restaurant.

Went in today with my kids. It was one funniest experiences we have had. Mick and the other guy had my children laughing and smiling. They reminded us all it's just a freaking sandwich it doesn't need to be taken so seriously. 10 stars of I could.❤️ Thing 1, 2 & 3

Went in for a sandwich yesterday and had one of my worst subway experiences. We were getting our order made by a clearly newer worker, he was doing fine. His coworker took is upon herself to try to “speed up” his sandwich making processes and proceeded to make part of our sandwiches wrong. When we mentioned that we hadn’t wanted it done that way our concerns were met with being spoken to like children and things waved in our face. The attitude, interference, and rude demeanour of his shorter “superior” ruined our whole experience.

Don't order from the app to this location, they forgot to make our food and when they did make it they didn't make it correctly. The workers looked hopeless and didn't care. Nothing worse then ordering on a app to save time and then having to wait 15min in the store for our food which was only 2 subs. And it wasn't even hot when we did get our food

Food is always decent. Had a hair in one of the three sandwiches I ordered off the app, called to see if I can refund just the one sandwich, Riley went over & beyond & definitely handled the issue promptly with no worry. Awesome person in handling an easy mistake. Some others don’t take it fairly. Respect to this subway all the way.

This is Far and Away the worst subway I've ever had the unfortunate experience to Patron. And for no other reason than the fact that the service sucks! The two entitled Millennials they had working there tonight ( Christmas eve) let a family come in behind me, 15 minutes before closing then let them wait in line for 8 or 9 minutes. With 7 minutes left they told the family that they couldn't serve them because they were closing at 6:00 meanwhile it was still 5:53 p.m. exclamation point . These two clowns should be fired! And quite frankly the owner and the franchise should be ashamed that they've let something like this happen! It is truly sad ,those 2 clowns epitomize everything that is wrong with America today!

Wow, best experience I’ve had at a Subway in years. Staff were all younger kids and they were great. Super polite and friendly and they smiled the entire time. Not the typical fast food service you’d expect.

Let's just get it out there Elijah and his co-worker starting with an F, need to work on Customer service and cooperation. I was being helped by Robert's, who did an excellent job when an online order came in and not figuratively but literally shoved Robert's out of the way and kicked him off the counter. I mentioned to Elijah and The F named guy it's all good I guess walk in customers don't matter, Elijah responded this order came on first! Now if it came on first why wasn't it being worked on and whose order was the president that they literally kicked there coworker off the counter who was professionally help walk in customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
