Last time coming to this location. I placed an order through the app for an order of 40 wings. Arrived at the scheduled time shown in the app and gave the girl at the counter, Erika, my name and she told me to wait. I waited 25 minutes watching people come in and place orders. After 30 minutes she came to ask me my name again, then told me they don’t have my order. When I told her my name, a guy in the kitchen spoke up and said they already gave my order to DoorDash. This is unacceptable. They are giving people’s food out that they have paid for, to incorrect people. This tells me the employees don’t care nor are they paying attention. I did not order through DoorDash nor did I order for delivery and I showed her my app that said “in store pickup”. Instead of offering to remake the order, she just looked at me blankly and said they don’t have it. I told her to go ahead and refund the order because they messed up and I’m not going to wait another 45 minutes while they get their act together. They then told me they can’t do refunds and to come back next day when the manager is in. I explained that is theft and I won’t be leaving until I have a refund. They then told me they could put the refund in, but the manager will need to approve it next day. I agreed to it, but they were going to just have me walk out with no proof of refund. The girl had a receipt in her hand which I thought she was handing to me so I reached my hand out and she told me “oh no I have to keep the receipt” so I told her okay but I need proof of the refund and requested a copy of the receipt, which she seemed shocked to provide? This on top of a couple other times I’ve ordered from this location, is extremely disappointing. Not only have I had raw undercooked wings (boneless) from this location, but I have also had to request a refund prior to this because of the employee’s messing up. Corporate needs to train these kids properly. Customer service is poor, quality of food is poor, and the work ethic is questionable.

Your crew was laughing and blaming dropping a sandwich on the floor and having to remake it on each other. They were also listening to Hispanic music in the kitchen. They were very unprofessional. My mom went back for a fry they misplaced and they didn't give us a receipt. They stood in the store for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge them and come see what was wrong. They looked at her more then once and ignored her. And then another 5 on the fries.

I always wait 20 mins past the time my order is supposed to be done cause they’re slow and still they don’t start it until i give them my order name. Would also rather flirt with each other in front of me and other customers before even assisting customers? Get it together.

I had a wonderful experience here the other night. The food was awesome, and I didn’t feel rushed while ordering. Ringo is the gentleman that helped us out. He treated my friend and I great, brought our food out to us personally, and overall just made us feel super welcome. If all the workers were like him, they would cease to have competition. Keep up the good work!

My husband placed an order tonight and just by reading the other reviews it seems it’s a staple here to take forever for your food to actually come out. On top of the long wait time, the wings we received were the worst I’ve seen. Dry, overcooked and overall gross. Every single one was like that. I can get better wings from winco honestly. When we called to let them know, since after all we paid $30, two different Hispanic managers got on the phone refusing to make this right. They refused to let us come back tomorrow since we are already home for the night. Basically said we can come get it now or never. Unacceptable and Very rude. we will not be going back.

I have had 2 orders in a row delivered missing half my order. Neither Wingstop or Doordash is willing to reimburse me or send the rest of the order. The ladies at wingstop are very rude and the food I did get was terrible. I would not order anything from her again and definitely dont order for delivery. You will almost guaranteed to get ripped off.
