I've never eaten here, but dashing here so often makes me not want to. Every time I come the staff, it's like they have no idea what they are doing. They look at you but they don't greet you, they talk more to each other then anything else. And this time she told me that my doordash order was already picked up, which is bad either way. And then she spent like 5 minutes looking for the ticket. THEN they started it. No one had a clue.

Not good. I’ve ordered here over the last few years. If you’re going to eat here- make sure you order something in sauce- A lot of sauce. Consistently over cooked and mummified looking wings. Not sure who else serves wings near-by so I end up punishing myself with their food from time to time. Not cheap either. The worst of both worlds.

I wish I could recommend this place, but after my experience, I strongly advise steering clear. The service is abysmal. When I called to place an order, the person on the other end repeated themselves endlessly, yet still managed to get my order wrong. The wait times were atrocious, and the food? Disappointing at best. The fries were soggy, and it was clear nobody cared about the quality.
After waiting for my food, I specifically asked if everything was in the bag. They confirmed, yet when I got home (a 20-minute drive), I discovered items were missing. Calling back to express my frustration was a waste of time—zero empathy or accountability. I had to drive back, wasting even more time and gas, only to be met with more indifference. My food, now cold and gross, just added to the whole disaster.
Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to eat. Wingstop's lack of care for their customers and their product makes it impossible to recommend.

I ordered two sandwiches and a voodoo fry and that shi had me waiting for 30 minsss!!??? Like golly js tell me it was gon take that long before i order and when i got my sammy IT WAS THE WRONG ONE OH HELLL NAHHH but the fries was smackin but 30 MINS FOR A SANDWICH!! i decided to fill up my water bottle with fountain sprite to make my time worth it cuz i was a patient waiter. Oh and that sandwich ratio was 40% bun 40% breading 20% meat and the bun was sogggyyy from the sauce.

My brother went here with his friend they went at 9pm (one hour before closing) and the register worker Lydia was unfriendly when they said they wanted to eat there. She said they weren’t allowed to and looked annoyed. By the looks of the other reviews management needs to be replaced.
