Ordered online. Got the wings. Manager seemed very pushy from the start! I brushed it off as if Maria was having a bad day! Never showed me my order and when we found out it was missing sauce on the classic parmasan and garlic. Called Maria the "Manager" and said we can get a new one and or refund. With a upset tone she told Maria I most certainly want a new one! Maria automatically declined that and said your getting the refund only and hung up like the child she is! Tried calling only to be hung up on again! Good bye Wing Stop. Never again will we come back. Her parmasan chicken classic vrs my boneless parmasan chicken!

Rude manager (Mariah) Orderd on the ap $48. Garlic Parmesan wings, she was rude on pickup no receipt, did not show order to my son get home and no garlic Parmesan I call she said come back and we affix it or a refund I said I want a fresh order she said no not doing that and some choice words and hung up I call back said I want a refund she hung up again!!! Been going here for years will never go back there!! Wings overcooked/burnt to hardly any meat!!!

The food was good--we ordered the boneless Wing Combo for 2. He had a habanero flavor, and I had parmesan. He enjoyed his hot stuff. I wasn't so fond of the pile of powdered parmesan on mine. It was not great. I felt the same about the fries.The big problem I had with our visit was the restaurant itself. Every table was filthy. And the men's room was out of toilet paper and paper towels! Eeewww.I will order the wings again, excluding the piled on powdered parmesan, but I will avoid the restaurant especially during the lunch hour.

I called in for my order and they were awesome at their service. My food was ready once I walked in . I didn’t have to wait or even wait on the phone . They were short staffed and everything was ready on time. I always have trouble when I go to the Nampa Wingstop. Issues on the phone or I have to wait 10-15 minutes to place my order . The food is always great ☺️☺️☺️ Didn’t even mess up my order or had to go back to complain . Thank you !

I went in Super Bowl weekend wanting to grab some wings. They didn't have the flavor that I would have liked to get I wanted salt and vinegar so I settled for ranch and garlic. I sat there probably 20 minutes because they told me it would take 20 minutes and they went to hand a guy that came in after me his order and I looked at the girl and she said oh do you have an order I said yes and I told her my name she said it'll be just a minute and I think that's when they put my food on I think I had been skipped over so I sat there another 20 minutes and when I got my wings they were to go so I got fries and wings I ate the fries on my way in the car they were pretty good. Got home the wings were completely dried out and just hard almost unedible I thought about calling but you know I was done with it. So not the greatest experience. While I was sitting in there waiting they have a TV playing they had some MMA fighting going on and there was a couple in there the lady asked if she could get the channel changed and they told her no she said but they're beating each other which apparently she was against MMA fighting and everybody has their preferences but you would think that it would be easy enough to change a channel but they told her no. And when I say it was Super Bowl weekend it wasn't Super Bowl day it wasn't even the day before it was like a Friday afternoon and Super Bowl obviously is on Sunday so it's not like they were overwhelmed cooking thousands of wings.Wheelchair accessibility: I know that they have handicap parking but I'm not sure if they have an automatic door. The counters where you order seem like that should be wheelchair accessible and the tables if you pull a chair away can park your wheelchair.

Well to start off, I called about three times each being placed on hold for more than 45 minutes, and when I drove down there, not only was the phone not picked up, but the workers were just standing there talking. When I placed my order the worker there, Darian was not only giving me attitude, but not respecting the fact I had called. They proceeded to tell me that my wait time would be only 10 minutes considering they were just standing around. It was 15 minutes when I finally got my food and I had this feeling to check it and when I did, I didn’t even get the correct order. When I did get the correct order, the customers proceeded to tell me they had also been waiting for 45 minutes for their order .
