really great fine dining food and drinks
The food is prepared expertly and presented beautifully. The drinks compliment the flavors of the meal. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Fantastic meal and great atmosphere! We enjoyed dinner on Valentine’s Day and had a superb experience! Food and service is good, pace of service was not rushed and appropriate for a fine dining experience. The specialty menu for the day had delicious options and the beverage menu was full of creative signature drinks and mocktails! Dining On The Edge is a highly recommended restaurant located on the river in Orofino, Idaho. The menu offers a variety of delectable options, including a fresh side salad, mouthwatering Mahi Mahi street tacos, and a delicious BBQ flatbread. The kitchen can be a bit loud, but the overall dining experience is excellent, with professional and attentive service. The shrimp ceviche and creamy clam chowder are standout dishes, while the drinks may not be as impressive. The river view is amazing and awesome, and the customer service is impeccable. The food has been described as amazing, with fresh quality ingredients and spectacular flavors. The restaurant is currently undergoing a remodel and change in ownership, but it is hoped that the new Edge restaurant will maintain the high-quality dining experience that customers have come to expect.
