We LOVEEEE arctic circle! I won’t go into full detail, but their courtesy cones are my son’s favorite! We go frequently for them and have never had an issue with any of the servers/staff! I called tonight and told their manager how amazing their store is and helpful it’s been for my son!
I went to the Arctic Circle by PMC, it took 10 mins to get a taco salad... the lady who ordered after who did and she ordered Hot food got hers way before I did the shift manager kept asking them where my salad was the cooks took it as a joke and they were all rude about it and I said to her it shouldn’t take 10 mins and she just shrugged her shoulders.. wow!! Great leadership and customer service 🤬
