This was one of the most unpleasant ice cream shop visits I’ve ever had. The service was painfully slow, and the girl behind the counter looked like she hadn’t showered in days. No hairnet, long dirty-looking nails, and overall just extremely unhygienic. I was literally praying she wouldn’t be the one touching or making our food. On top of that, her baggy shirt kept exposing her bra, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for any workplace—especially one serving food.

There was also a new guy working, and even though he clearly didn’t know what he was doing yet, it was his first day, so I don’t blame him for the mess.

The only reason we didn’t walk out was because the manager finally came out and took over. The difference was night and day. He made our ice cream quickly, correctly, and gave us generous portions. He was friendly, professional, and 100% the only person there who seemed to know what he was doing.

If it weren’t for the manager, this place would’ve gotten a flat-out 1 star from me. The hygiene and professionalism issues with the other staff member were unacceptable and need to be addressed immediately.

The last two times I ordered I didn't get my waffle cones that I ordered.

Came here for a date night. Got served melted ice cream in a cup. Overall, ice cream tasted good, but for this kind of price range I would expect Ice-cream and not soup. If you are in the area and looking for excellent Ice-cream at a better price I suggest going to Scoops and Sliders instead. Their service is much better and the quality is unmatched.

Staff is really disrespectful the 4 girls that were there acted like they didn't want to be there or help anyone asked for a milk shake and smoothie and the two girls that made them rolled there eyes before and after making them. The tables were nasty covered in garbage and ice cream then sat there and waited for the smoothie while the girl making it had a full conversation with others will not go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone with the staff that is there and the way the place looks and the lack of cleaning .

I'm sadded to say that this store is a sorry mess. I love their ice cream, but this location is awful. After going 5 or 6 times, every experience has been dismal. The ice cream has been melty most times. The service is always slow. Last week when we went in, there were 4 young female employees. There were eight people in line and 4 of them left after a 30 minute wait. It's only because 3 of them were in front of us that we waited 'only' 30 minutes to get served.

I've also tried ordering through doordash and every time the order has come with missing items, wrong ice cream, and wrong sizes EVERY time. They never have items for the ice cream cookie sandwiches or the ice cream tacos, which I know are made in house.

I genuinely wish there was a second location I could visit for creamy, smooth, frozen ice cream. Instead, I'll be visiting Sonic for their blizzards, instead.

Went to have ice cream this evening and all the ice cream in the glass freezer was almost completely melted. Picked a flavor that looked the most frozen. As the worker was mixing the ingredients ahe said to me... I will add an extra brownie cause yhe ice cream is so runny. That will make it better. It was bad. The ice cream was just ran off the spoon. Did not eat it.

We wait pretty long to get ice-cream and to pay. It was melted by the time we got out to the car. They did not cut up ingredients in ice-cream enough. They were so close together things where getting mixed into one of the orders. The ice-cream look all melted. Waffle cones where not fresh they tasted like they where out for a few hours or days.

I hate sharing negativity but this store needs some serious help.

I went in with my fiancé to get a couple of ice creams to take to my Grandparents for a Saturday evening treat. First we stand there for an awhile without being acknowledged. All 3 employees were working on two ice cream cakes. When we are acknowledged it was unfriendly. I ordered the two ice creams for my grandparents. The young girl that helped with this part of our order placed the first of two ice creams on the counter and then stood listening to another co-workers story before starting the second. A young man then asked what else we needed so I ordered our third ice cream. He makes it sets it on the counter and walks away. The next girl starts helping the couple behind us. My fiancé is still waiting to order. The first ice cream is basically a soup at this point. The first girl takes my fiancés order. I am waiting down by the register to pay. My fiancé gets his ice cream and joins me down at the register. We had to ask 3 different times for lids, first getting two lids and then asking again for the other two. Eventually another employee comes over and curtly says “what did you have?” We told her 1 like it and 3 love it’s. She rings us up and promptly walks away.

I get being young and it being your first job, but treating your customers like they are an inconvenience is not how it works. There are several other ice cream places in our area that give awesome service and not melty soup for ice cream.

I’m pretty reasonable but tonight was a joke. This store is severely lacking on every aspect. I placed an online order and told all 5 employees (individually) that I was waiting on an online order for Heidy. One employee started that they were working on my order but no one checked back with me. After 4 customers received their orders and paid I talked to the next employee who looked around for my order and then disappeared. The next employee asked me if I had been helped yet and I said I’m still waiting for my online order and they proceeded to make more ice cream orders. After the next employee walked by this person checked the fridge and handed me a “DoorDash” order and I proceeded to tell them I don’t have a door dash but a mobile order. They said yep here you go. I ordered two ice creams yet I received 4 and the way were all completely melted and nothing was what I ordered. This store needs a manger, A freezer that is working and the employees need to give out correct orders and take initiative in their jobs. This place was a joke tonight and my ice creams I received exploded in the bag. Disappointing is an understatement.

The girl must have been new, made way to much, tries stuffing it in the cup, it was a mess and she didn't even over us a napkin. She didn't even crush up the oreos. I asked if they could redo it and of course they said no and provided a lid to 'try' to contain the ice cream that was everywhere, I won't be going there anytime soon...

Ice cream was COMPLETELY melted and messy. Terrible customer service we ordered one like it and one love it and was charged 2 like its. This is why you dont let children work in businesses.

Wow. This place. It's always been hot or miss at best, but tonight......

Walked in and up to the counter to the young gentleman at the counter. No hello, no acknowledgement at all. Stood there for quite a while refusing to look up or make contact, until another employee came out.

Gave us the wrong sizes, told they are out of pretzels. Plus tonight the store was filthy. Smudges, crumbs along with all kinds of bits and bobs on the counter.

They seemed put out that we even came in.

Very disappointed. We have been coming in less and less and this is why.
