customer service was embarrassingly bad, on the phone 7-9-23 the acting manager at 9:38 pm, was extremely rude on the phone and wouldn’t not fulfill my request of wanting almost a half split pizza but not fully. a 5 slice 3 slice situation if you will and he told me they have never done it, despite me doing it every single week constantly. 1/5
Last time we ordered they put Alfredo instead of marinara on our pasta bowl so my husband couldn’t eat it because he’s lactose intolerant. Decided to try them again and this time our pasta bowl was flat out missing. Tried calling and waited on hold for 20 mins with no answer. Very disappointed
I have ordered countless times through this Domino's Pizza, and they have got it wrong countless times! They have some program now that says if they get your Domino's Pizza wrong, you get a new one. I haven't gotten a new one yet! I ordered a double order of roasted red peppers on the internet and then I even called to order another one which would be a triple order of roasted red peppers, which I was more than ready to pay the extra fee for but when I got my pizza, I had maybe...read full review
