El Herradero is a Pocatello staple. They have always had some of the best Mexican food in SE Idaho. Just about anything you order from here will be top notch. Their spicy pork and carnitas tacos are amazing, I get them just about every time I go! I also love their spicy pork torta and their quesabirria. I have never had them mess up my order or anything for as long as I can remember which cannot be said for a lot of places you can get takeout from. Overall, their food and service...

No rice or beans in the breakfast burrito. They don't have any vegetables to add to anything except tomatoes and lettuce. Without cheese or cream it was pretty bland. (Can't eat dairy.) Also... no napkins? Am I supposed to wipe my hands on my shirt?

Outstanding! We’re visiting from Vegas and this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I chose the birria tacos ala cart. My husband had chili verde burrito. Fresh, bold flavors. The green salsa could be sold on its own. Service was so friendly and the small-town prices make this so affordable. Can’t wait to come back!
