The staff is nice enough, but the food is BadI ordered a burrito and I can honestly say with full confidence it was the greasiest burrito I've ever had , I only took a few bites and I stopped and felt like throwing up immediately.

Bad service when their busy, one of the cashiers was really rude and had no time for service. I bought chips and salsa and they didnt want to give me red salsa or pico. They dont even put your food in proper containers they put them on plates so your food will slip off.. Very dirty inside kitchen..Service is terrible....No business from me.

Wonderful service definitely is family oriented and feels that way. The food is phenomenal. Definitely stop on your way through or if your just trying to find that good home cooked Mexican/Hispanic food you want.

I was camping last summer with our two youngest kids near Pocatello and we wanted Mexican street food, from a food truckI don't remember who recommended us El Herradero, but the food was fantastic, the portions pretty big, the price very decent for what we got, can't wait to try it again on my travels.Only Mexican food we get in Calgary, Alberta Canada is Taco Bell, you should open a location here...Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Its a food truck, there's no access impediments

Wanted to try this restaurant last night at the recommendation of a coworker. We walked in and a lady greeted us and told us to pick anywhere to sit. We picked and started to sit down when our server came over with menus and place settings...which he tossed into the middle of the table.Nope.Not gonna happen.I work too hard for my money to give it over to someone who doesn't care if I'm there or not.Pocatello has too many Mexican restaurants to choose from to ask to be treated like this....
