What has happened to Five Guys?! The burgers actually used to be to die for. And the fries.. I remember when a regular fry could feed nearly 4 people. $6 for less than what a little fry used to be is pretty sad(picture attached). I used to look forward to eating here. I will not be going forward.

The service, atmosphere and size of the burger was great. Even the fries were great, the burger however was bland, the meat didn't have much flavor.
So good. But pricing is getting pretty crazy. $15 for a little hamburger and medium fries (though they give a ton of fries).

Ordered online. When I arrived in store they told me it would be a couple minutes as they were waiting on fries. Every other person in the store got there food and fries before me. By the time I got my food every thing was ice cold.

I like the real meat burgers. They're a little spendy but eh so is Jack in the box fake soy burgers so IMO this is reasonable for what you get, which is QUALITY. the inside of the restaurant is decent for room, and always clean. I just am not a fan of the peanuts in the open boxes And even fries being over 5 bucks. But again, this is 2025 and it's all expensive, even making it. I super appreciate they are one of the latest open restaurants in this town so when I just need something warm and good and not microwavable after work, they are there to rescue me. I work in food so I am highly critical of places and food and I do realize this. But that makes my four or five star reviews that more meaningful. I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it. I eat here. You should if you want a 🔥 burger after 9pm in Pocatello too. ☺️
