The assistant manager was super rude and unprofessional, and she rolled her eyes many times as well sigh, and gave attitude. I understand bad days but I know 4th Ave always has great, nice, customer service. But, the boy cleaning was super nice to us.
The service was good the food was ok. They had this guy that would come up to you while eating to see if you need anything. He isn't there all the time. But i enjoyed him being there while he was. The food was ok. The donut holes weren't as warm as I thought they would be. The shake was a little too much for me, but it was good. All in all, 8/10.
Robert, the Host is a perfect gentleman, he always opens the door for me whether I’m coming in or leaving. Brandon is very accommodating to me with regards to my order. I love their Southwest salad with grilled chicken (“WITHOUT CHEESE” ~FOR HEALTH REASONS). Other locations represent that they cannot make a salad without cheese ~as they are pre-made early in the day.
