the food is amazing don’t get me wrong. i order pick up all the time, but every time i come in, i don’t get a hello, how are you or even a simple smile. not even a “have a good day” after they hand me the food. they won’t even look at me. i see them treat other people with kindness, but every single time i come in, i get glares. no words said besides “what can i get you”. maybe it’s because i order pickup? i don’t think the smoothies are worth being treated like...

Hello, it's undeniable that I really love your acai PB Nutella bowl. I've been a regular customer for six months now, but lately the acai juice is more like extremely poorly crushed ice than a smoothie. I don't know if there's been any change in staff or something, but please don't let your standards slip. I love your drinks, but if you don't make them right, it will betray what makes you one of the best beverage companies in Pocatello.

Every time I come into this establishment, I’m blown away by the kindness and compassion the owner and his crew show their patrons! They always genuinely care about your day, do kind things for kiddos and others that come in, and make you feel important! Definitely that small town, welcoming environment.
