We had this Jimmy John’s cater our wedding and the service was horrible. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very short with me and hung up before I could finish. They arrived late and seemed annoyed when I asked why they got there late and also got my order wrong on top of that. Would NOT recommend them for catering

Got my wrap and it wasn't correct. Called and spoke to someone, and 10min later had the right wrap in my hands. Not only did they fix the mistake quickly but they were genuinely apologetic and the driver apologized as well. Great service.

The day before Yesterday my family and I went ate there. We love going there, love the sandwiches. No complaints there…However one of the staff members who I believe at that time was working the drive thru window, (2 or 3ish) took the liberty of getting upset with my 1 year old for something we didn’t realize she was doing, if not we would’ve moved her away from there gladly. But instead she told my baby in the rudest way to “get away”. And made our whole eating experience the worst and most uncomfortable we’ve ever felt, with a crying baby. If she would’ve brought to our attention instead of taking matters into her own hands like I said we would’ve gladly removed our daughter from there and ate our food in peace. But we couldn’t even finish our food. I never write reviews but this one right here made me super upset.

They have terrible service. I was the only person in the drive thru and they gave me a completely different sandwich then what I ordered. Then called me sir on the phone which I am not and told me to come back and just say it was the wrong sandwich. So I come back they gave me a new one, which I then checked at the restaurant and it was incorrect again. I then had to have them make it a third time. They laughed when I told them on the phone that it was the wrong sandwich like its no big deal. They do not pay attention to what they are doing.

I have never had this issue at another locatio, this location has always been horrible!!!

I ordered four items, they got two wrong.the drink machine smelled like bleach to the extent that I was unable to drink the water. no wonder there was hardly anyone there. I spoke to the manager who did nothing. another customer said there was so much bleach, at least she knew the drinks were clean. one of the male employees looked like he really needed a bath or shower. it was a very unpleasant experience.
