“My normal stop for a meal. I always order on the app, but I do notice a couple things that I like to point out. Mostly the burnt patties that happen during two events: either super busy or super dead. When it's super busy the employee's panic and speed to where they start tripping over themselves and start making a bunch of mistakes, like making the order wrong or burning the patties. When it's dead, like at night, it's because it's usually everyone is busy cleaning and/or not focused on line and patties get burnt.
The only other issue is that parking me when there is no-one behind me in the drive thru, like I know it's for time but it makes no sense. I feel like corporate is going to catch on cause it makes no difference from sitting in the drive thru with no one else being behind and being parked. It also sucks cause now one of the employee's has to get exposed to the elements which can suck depending on the weather. Please learn to only park when someone's food behind is ready or there is so many cars that parking me would mean getting more orders ordered.“
“Wonderful manager on staff tonight 6:30! I don't want to go into to much detail, but he just made a very stressful/frustrating situation non existent. He was very professional, deescalated wonderfully, and just good at his job. Even with all the chaos, lots of praise. 👏👏“
