Drive thru is ridiculous. No one in line and they make you pull up to park instead of waiting 30 seconds the person beat me out of the door to bring my food before I could park. Happens everytime. Managers should actually manage and not place someone in harm walking on the snow and ice when it’s not needed.
spent over 40 min in the drive through today for a large fry... There were only 6 cars in front of us in the drive through when we got here and it took 30 min to even get to the pay window. Prices have gone up and service has gone way, way down. I miss the days where McDonald’s was cheap and service was quick.Fries were cold when we finally got them, too.

The wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous. I have literally had to wait 17min for 2 meals with no customization. The food here at this location is usually always hot so that's a positive. Employees here are generally snippy for some reason.
