I love Mods but this last time I went I overheard one of the workers apologize to what seemed to be a regular and say they no longer can give as much cheese as they used to per their new general manager. Then I proceeded to give my order and sure enough about half as many toppings or cheese as they usually give (even when you ask for double or more). Not worth the price anymore.

The staff were excellent, but they were severely understaffed. We waited at least 20 mins to order. Management should look into increasing worker count. There were only 2 people working, and one was a trainee.

Very slow service. Waiting on line for 15 minutes with 1 person inferring of us. and the lady employee was touching her hair and face with her gloves on and didn't even change her gloves afterwards. Other MODs are very welcoming and have a warm feeling but this one was very depressing. No welcome in or hello. Just Employees talking and chuckling together. Didn't even talk with the customers.

The absolute best staff! The most welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very fun and interactive. Amazing service and just radiating positive energy! Food was great, fast, and most definitely worth the price! Biggest shout out to Johnny for making this an experience a blast! 11/10

Just ordered a salad with my pizza… skimpy on everything! I ordered arugula with greens, got no greens, barely any Gorgonzola! Crap delivery for the price!

I’ve gone to Mod Pizza a bit since they opened and usually they were fine but this last time I went really was upsetting. We were waiting in line, nobody else was there, but they spent 15 minutes making online orders before even acknowledging us, and by the time they even noticed us, we ended up having to leave. 20 minutes, no food, just disappointment. There needs to be a priority for the people who are physically there and waiting, not phantom doordashers who are even there yet. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
