Best ice cream in Pocatello

They made fresh waffle cones/ chips along with their delicious ice cream for an ice cream social we had at the INL. It was a hit! Thanks so much for everything!

This is the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. I got the pistachio ice cream on a snickerdoodle cookie (HIGHLY recommend btw), and the ice cream is so creamy. The service is awesome, even the bathrooms are clean! I will definitely come back!

Worst part is picking a flavor!! They have sooo many amazing choices!
Some favorites are the honey lavender, king Kong, Bee Peachy, and praline and cream. I am trying the Carmel apple cheesecake flavor next! Locally owned by the nicest family! Thank you Swallows for another great family outing!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The ice cream is so creamy, delicious, and the flavor options are unmatched. This family owned business has become our new favorite spot. Hands down would recommend and you won’t be disappointed in the service/atmosphere.

We happened to see their truck on the 4th of July this year (2025) at Foote Park in Middleton ID, and bought some ice cream. He was right it was the best huckleberry ice cream I’ve ever had!! I’m looking forward to trying other varieties when we drive through Pocatello.

Best.Pineapple dole while. Seriously better the Disneyland. I am absolutely OBSESSED. And the watermelon Dole whip. YUMMM!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve never been an ice cream person…but apparently it’s because no where else can make good ice cream except for Scoops! The flavors are amazing, it doesn’t hurt my tummy which I can admit is a little dangerous considering how tasty it is. The folks that run this place are the sweetest. The Salted Caramel Marshmallow and Salted Caramel kettle Corn is 🤌!! Highly recommend this place over any other place in town!

highly recommend...came in to town for a rugby tourney and looking around for ice cream and we are happy we found this place...will visit this place every time we in town
